Responsibilities

• Migrate an existing React-based web application into a functional and performant Chrome Extension.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, reusable React components and front-end architecture for the Chrome Extension.

• Integrate conversational AI functionalities and APIs seamlessly into the extension, ensuring a smooth user interaction.

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Ensure the extension adheres to Chrome Web Store policies and best practices for performance and security.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize the extension for maximum speed and scalability.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in React, Chrome Extension development, and conversational AI.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in front-end development, with a strong focus on React.js.

• Demonstrable expertise in developing and deploying Chrome Extensions.

• Proven experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.

• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) in React.

• Understanding of conversational AI integration principles and experience working with relevant APIs (e.g., Dialogflow, Google AI, OpenAI APIs, etc.).

• Experience with version control systems (Git).

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• A strong portfolio showcasing previous React projects and, ideally, Chrome Extensions is mandatory.
